Tractor was transported to my rural location within 45 minutes and picked up right on schedule 24 hours later. Very responsive and excellent service.
Rented a Front End Loader from Vail Equipment Rentals. The equipment was delivered promptly. Very nice employees demonstrated the tractors use. A few hours before my project was complete, the tractor died. Johnny immediately sent a replacement and let me keep it for a few hours the next day to complete my project.
